"Uncle" Roger will be greatly missed for his contagious smile, his wit, and especially for his memory and knowledge of important events within the "Franz" family.
He was truly a unique individual that you could count on to remember birthdays, weddings, deaths, but could also discuss current events and what was happening in the stock market.
He was an excellent story teller and shared many events while he was aboard the U.S.S. Whitney during WWII as well as growing up in the west 7th street district in St. Paul.
