Age 81. Died January 3, 2016. Joan was a devoted registered nurse for over 40 years. She was preceded in death by beloved husband, Raymond; parents, Art & Margaret Carlson; brother, Richaard; sister, Jen Blume. She is survived by children, Christine (Tim) Carter, Pamela (Al), Randy (Gail) & Samantha (Rick) Hybben; grandchildren, Tanya (Nate), Jeffrey (Chelsea), Alyssa, Holly & Dylan; sisters, Peggy & Betty; sister-in-law, Beverly (Jerry); many nieces & nephews. Funeral Service at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 9 at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, 674 Johnson Pkwy, St. Paul, with visitation two hours prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Our Lady of Peace Hospice, 2076 St. Anthony Ave, St. Paul, MN 55104.
