Obituary of Gilbert Rodriguez

Gilbert Rodriguez, age 65 of Saint Paul, passed away comfortably at home surrounded by family after a 4 1/2 year battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Mary; and children, Joshua, Crysta, and Julia. Also survived by brother, Carlos (Lois); sister, RoseAnn Seidenkranz; sister-in-law, Pat Rodriguez; many in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Gilbert was a very kind and hardworking man that found it hard to accept help in life, he thought he could do everything by himself. He fought a hard battle with his “alien” but was never alone in his fight. He was reunited in heaven with his parents, Faustino & Delfina; brother, Daniel; and sister, Celia. Thanks to all the support from the Mayo Clinics, St. Mary’s Hospital, Regions Hospice, and family & friends! Visitation is from 11:00AM – 1:00PM, with a Funeral Service at 1:00PM on Monday, June 21st, 2021 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade Street (Hwy 61), Saint Paul. Private Interment at Union Cemetery in Maplewood.
