Born November 22, 1941 to Jose and Paula.
Passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023.
Survived by Children: Jackie Pajak and Brian Chavez, Brother: John (Pat) Chavez, Son-in-law: Dan Pajak, as well as nieces, nephews, and good friends.
Preceded in death by Wife: Patricia, His son: Raleigh, 6 sisters, and 5 brothers.
A private family memorial and interment will be held at Roselawn Cemetery in Roseville, MN.
