Preceded in death by parents, Edith and Med; devoted husband, Robert A.; son, Robert J.; siblings, Arlen, Gary, Tobias Jr., and Claudia; infant great-granddaughter Haly Briggs; sister and brother-in-law, Edna & John Stodola. Survived by half-brother, Dennis (Doris) Zieman; daughters, Mary Korman, Joyce (Donald) Balow & Christine Johnson; grandchildren, Rob, Leann, Scott, Kari, Tammy & Eric Briggs, Joyce Michelle Korman, Daniel Christopher & Robert Johnson; 8 great-grandchildren, Benton, Teagan, Isabelle, Abby, Madison, Quynh, Chloe & Hannah. Special thanks for friendship and services from Grace & Thelma (dedicated Scrabble players), the McFadden family for years of grocery shopping, Phoebe's Recovery Inc. family, Mary Schulze, as well as the staff at Sterling House W.S.P., Southview Acres & St. Croix Hospice. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM on Thursday, Oct. 16 at the CHURCH OF ST. MATTHEW, 490 Hall Ave, St. Paul. Visitation 5-8 PM on Wednesday, Oct. 15 at ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 1401 Arcade St (Hwy 61), St. Paul, as well as one hour prior to Mass at the church. Interment Union Cemetery. "Into paradise may the angels lead you."
