Born July 25, 1927 Passed October 25, 2014 Preceded in death by husband, Henry; parents, Stanley & Josephine Wirkus; sister, Philomena. Survived by children, Michael (Kathy), Linda, Ronald, Larry (Marilyn) & Daryl (Sherrie); 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grand-children; many nieces & nephews. Elementary teacher at St. Patrick's Grade School & taught K-8 in Grenville, SD. Member of Anderson-Nelson, VFW Women's Auxiliary & Arcade/Phalen Women's Auxiliary. Special thanks to the staff at Southview Acres Care Center for their support. Funeral Service 10:30 AM on Thursday, Oct. 30 at ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 1401 Arcade St (Hwy 61), St. Paul, with visitation one hour prior. Interment Fort Snelling. Memorials preferred.
