Age 94 of Maplewod. Born 11-18-20 in St. Paul, MN. Preceded in death by beloved husband of 66 years, Elmer; parents William & Anna Kaiser; brother Donald Kaiser. Survived by children Dennis (Marie) Svendsen, Joanne Svendsen, & Linnea (Kip) Sundgaard; grandchildren Heather (Scott) Drentlaw, Melissa Thomas, Kelsey Svendsen, William Svendsen, Sven Sundgaard, Sonja (Patrick) Kania, & Sverre Sundgaard; great-grandchildren Jordyn Thomas, McKenna & Melya Drentlaw, Owen & Henry Kania; and sister-in-law Betty Kaiser. Graduated from Johnson High School. Employed by 3M Company from the 1940's to the 1960's & as a cook at the Ramsey County Nursing Home for 20 years. Marion enjoyed traveling & spending summers at the family cabin. She was also a caregiver to several elderly family members over the years and loved taking of and spending time with her grandchildren. Funeral service 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 16, at GUSTAVUS ADOLPHUS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1669 Arcade St (Hwy 61), St. Paul. Visitation 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, at ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 1401 Arcade St, St. Paul, and one hour prior to the service. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Our Lady of Peace Hospice.
