To the Family of Rueben Allen.
I had worked with Rueben at the BRHSC for several years. I along with many others absolutely loved him. He was always kind to the clients, peace keeper to the varied opinionated staff, and a trustworthy coworker.
He was a mid level supervisor and brought to the table a even keeled thought process they was founded by plain decent principles and common sense.
We started a page or booklet on him called " REUBENISMS".
It was presented to Reub on his retirement.
I still recall his folksy and whimsical quotes.
He knew his Lord and lived his life in positive manner.
At his retirement on Campus he elected a simple hot dog picnic for ALL staff and Client to be able to attend.
Reub was a good man.
