Obituary of Neil P. Jensen

Neil P.Jensen passed away at age 94 on December 25, 2016 at the Lyngblomsten Care Center. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis, of 65 years; son, Terrence Jensen; daughter, Holly Watson; grandchildren, Marissa (Ira) Bane, Amy Watson and Kyle Watson; great-grandchild, Sean Bane. He was born in Hayward, MN to Freemont and Cora Jensen. He had 3 sisters and 1 brother. Neil graduated in 1944 from The Minnesota School for the Deaf in Faribault, MN. He worked as a printer for 43 years and was involved as an officer in many deaf and Catholic clubs. He spent a lot of time at the lake fishing and building bird houses. His celebration will be on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 701 Fillmore Street N.E. Minneapolis, MN 55413. Visitation at 10:00 A.M. Mass at 11:00 A.M. Private burial services. Memorials may be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel.
