June A. Helfmann (Meyer)

June died peacefully on Friday, December 22, 2017. She was a lifelong resident of Saint Paul, Minnesota. June was preceded in death by husbands, Wayne "Bud" Grue and Francis "Fran" Helfmann; her parents, H. Anton and Minnie Meyer; brother Leo Meyer; and sister Gladys Belanger. Mother of Thomas Grue (Mary Beth Noll), Nancy Prigge (Roger), Gloria Brown (Art Doherty), Mary Helfmann, Patricia Helfmann, Stephen Grue (Sarah) and Barbara Holter (Gordon). June has 15 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Special thanks to the caring staff at Lyngblomsten. Funeral 11 AM on Friday, January 5th, 2017 at the Lutheran Church of Peace, 47 S. Century Avenue, Maplewood, Minnesota. Interment Union Cemetery. Visitation at church 1 hour preceding the service. Memorials preferred to Lutheran Church of Peace or Lyngblomsten.
