Rosemary L. Chance passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, June 20th, 2018 with her family at her side. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin. Memorial Service will be 2:00PM on Saturday, June 30th, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade Street (Hwy 61), Saint Paul, Minnesota with Visitation one hour prior to the service.
