Stephen Allen Tate, age 61 of Saint Paul, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 27th, 2018. Stephen proudly served in U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his father, Leo; and brother-in-law, Patrick. Stephen is survived by his mother, Nancy; brother, David; sisters, Julie Watson, Rosanne, and Donna; nephew, Jonathan; nieces, Hayley, Elizabeth, and Rachel; and his extended family. A Memorial Gathering will be held from 4:00-8:00PM on Tuesday, September 4th, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade Street (Hwy 61), Saint Paul, Minnesota. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
