Sandra "Sandy" Jean Rice, life-long resident of St. Paul, passed away unexpectedly on October 8, 2018. She will be greatly missed by her loving family. Memorial Service will be 11:30 Am on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota. Visitation will take place 1 hour prior. Interment at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Mahtomedi.
