Sincere condolences to Michael's brother James and the rest of the family. I knew James from traveling with Dave Bredemus Tours and enjoyed him and his friend's company on tours.
I knew Michael through Gretchen who was a member at First Covenant Church. He faithfully gave her rides to worship while he worshiped in his own church. We would just chat for a bit while he was waiting in the car for Gretchen at the church door.
Gretchen spoke so well of Michael, it was easy to like him even if I did not know him better than a few friendly chats.
God's beloved peace to his memory.

I am so sorry to hear of your great loss. Recently I lost my dear mother, and within
30 days I also lost my mother-in-law. What helped us during this time period was
the comfort from the Holy Bible, like at Isaiah 25 verse 8 - "The Sovereign Lord
will swallow up death forever, and wipe away the tears from all faces." Also at
Revelation 21 verse 4 we find God's promise to remove both pain and death.
