Elizabeth “Liz” Belair, of Lake Elmo died on Wednesday, December 19th, 2018 at the age of 63. She was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip & Angeline Massara. Liz is survived by her husband, Mike; daughter, Christine; sister, Rhonda; brothers, Phillip, Kenneth, Bill, Robert, and Richard; mother-in-law, Ruth Ottoson; and brother-in-law, Thomas. Visitation beginning at 10:00AM, with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM on Thursday, December 27th, 2018 at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 8260 N. 4th Street, Oakdale, Minnesota. Private Interment in Syracuse, New York.
